Waterloo House Cleaning is the booking front door for a local residential cleaning crew. Send the form or call, and the request goes to the people who will actually be in your house - not to a call centre, and not to a list of five companies who will all phone you at dinner.

We built this around the two things Waterloo actually needs. One is ordinary recurring cleaning for households in Laurelwood, Clair Hills, Columbia Forest, Westmount, Lakeshore, Beechwood, Eastbridge and Conservation Meadows who have run out of weekends. The other is the turnover work that this city generates like nowhere else in the region: 4-, 8- and 12-month student leases around the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier that all end in the same fortnight, and landlords who need a unit clean between a Saturday move-out and a Sunday move-in.

This site is new. There are no reviews on it because there are no reviews yet, and we are not going to invent any. What you get instead is a written scope, a flat quote, and photos of the finished work on any job where that matters.

How this works

When you call 548-901-0094 or send the form, your request goes straight to the crew. They look at the house - in person or from photos - write down the scope, and give you a flat quote before anything starts. The work is done under their own insurance and WSIB coverage. We do not sell your details to a list of cleaners, and we do not add a cut to your invoice. If something is outside the scope, you get a phone call and a photo before it is touched.

What we won't do

• Publish reviews we didn't earn. When we have them, they'll be real ones with names.
• Quote a firm price before someone has seen the job.
• Send anyone into your property who we would not have in our own.
