- Bedrooms: closet shelves and rods, window sills and tracks, blinds, baseboards, door frames, switch plates and handles, walls spot-washed, floors washed or vacuumed
- Common areas and stairs: railings, treads, hallway walls, entry and shoe area, laundry pair inside and out including the lint trap
- Garbage and recycling from the unit taken to the bins

Book the whole changeover window at once rather than unit by unit. We take your list, put the units in order of when they come free, and work through them. If your lease says you leave the place clean, the cheapest way to do it is to split the cost of one professional clean between the house instead of five roommates scrubbing badly on the last night. How fast can you turn a unit around?
A typical four- or five-bedroom student house is a full day for a crew. Smaller units are a half day. If your gap is 24 hours, tell us when you book and we will schedule the crew to match rather than promise and scramble.
Do you handle multiple units for a property manager?
Yes. Send the list and the dates each unit comes free and we will schedule the block. Flat per-unit pricing, one invoice, photo report per unit.
Does this count as an end-of-lease clean for my landlord?
It is a professional clean with a photo record, which is what most landlords are asking for. Ontario rules on cleanliness, damage and deposits are set out by the Landlord and Tenant Board - read your lease, and if there is a dispute, the photos help.
