Moving out
The goal is simple - leave it in the state you would want to walk into, and leave the buyer or the landlord nothing to point at. We clean after the movers are gone and the unit is empty, so nothing gets re-dirtied. Typical scope: all cabinets and closets inside and out, appliances inside and out including under and behind the fridge and stove, all bathrooms, all floors, baseboards, doors and frames, light fixtures, switch plates, window interiors and tracks, and the garage floor swept if there is one.
Moving in
Most people underestimate how much they want this one. Somebody else lived there. Book us for the day before the movers or the morning of, and you unpack into a house where the shelves, the tub and the fridge are yours from the first hour. If you are painting or having floors done, we come after the trades, not before.
